Deliveries

This delivery policy gives details of the delivery methods, delivery periods and delivery charges that apply to any orders for our products made through our website. This policy is a legally binding document, and forms part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms and conditions of sale.

Delivery Methods

At this time, we only ship to the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and use Hermes as our courier for both Special Delivery and Standard Delivery services. Both services are tracked.

Dispatch Periods

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of the order being placed, under normal circumstances.

These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.

Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery is charged at £2.95 and Special Delivery is charged at £4.95, per order.

We also offer FREE Special Delivery on orders over £50.

Please note that we cannot offer Special Delivery to Northern Ireland and some remote parts of Scotland.

Delivery Periods

Special Delivery should take up to 3 days to arrive, while Standard Delivery can take up to 7 days to arrive. 

These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.

Additional Deliveries & Collection

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider make another attempt the following day.

Delivery Problems

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us by email using the email address customercare@jacqd.co.uk.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if not, you can return it back to us, in its original and unworn condition, within 14 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange.

Please note, we can only exchange an item for a different size or colour in the same style. Underwear cannot be refunded or exchange.

To return or exchange an item, please email us using the email address customercare@jacqd.co.uk and indicate if you would rather exchange the goods or receive a refund.

Parcels are the customer's responsibility until they reach us and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service, along with insurance and that you retain proof of postage, as we cannot refund lost or damaged returns.

Refunds are normally processed within 14 working days and all refunds will be made to the method of payment originally used when placing your order.

Jacqd will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must be unworn, unwashed, fully tagged and not smelling of cologne.
